I have just been informed that the project is going to be delayed for 2 months so the estimate delivery will be around June-July this year. These are the latest pictures that the developer has sent to me. If you want the original pictures feel free sending me an email and I´ll send them to you.

You should check with the developer directly. My understanding is, Chase & Denman were the builidng contractors on this (as detailed on page 8 of the PS brochure, para 1), but they have begun to pack up & return to the states, or at least in part, as I am working with them on anohter project. There must be another developer taking over, but you might want to be aware of such changes.
